1. Marketplace Only

Smart Care Activities acts solely as a platform for connecting buyers and sellers. Any agreement entered into is made directly between the buyer and the seller.

We are not a party to any sale, purchase, exchange, hire, lease or other transaction arranged through the platform.

2. No Responsibility for Listings

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, availability and any statements regarding the condition or suitability of an item or service. We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of any listing.

3. Product Quality and Condition

We make no warranties or representations regarding the quality, safety, legality, authenticity, functionality, fitness for purpose or condition of any equipment, products or services advertised on the platform.

Buyers are responsible for carrying out their own inspections, due diligence and suitability assessments before completing any purchase.

4. Payments

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all payments are made directly between buyers and sellers. Smart Care Activities does not process, hold, guarantee or insure payments and accepts no responsibility for payment disputes, fraud, chargebacks or financial losses.

5. Collection, Delivery and Shipping

Collection, delivery, shipping, transportation, insurance, installation, loading and unloading arrangements are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and seller.

We accept no liability for delays, damage, loss, theft or injury occurring before, during or after transportation of any item.

6. Disputes

Any dispute arising from a listing or transaction, including disputes over payment, condition, ownership, delivery, warranties or returns, must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller.

Smart Care Activities is under no obligation to mediate or determine the outcome of disputes, although we may investigate reports of misuse of the platform and remove listings or suspend accounts where appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Care Activities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including financial loss, loss of profit, business interruption, damage to property, personal injury or any other claim arising from the use of the marketplace or from any transaction between users.
